3D modelThe 1962 Otegra is currently under construction. I created the main body of the craft from a smoothed polygon cage. The engines are created primarily from revolved nurbs curves which I converted to polygons before detailing. ![]() ![]() I am currently in the process of putting the finishing touches on the model. To create the filthy look of the Otegra, I began by creating a pristine shader for the car paint. To this shader was added a layer of rust, followed by a layer of dust. The dust has been wiped off in areas in the shape of an alien hand, also special care has been taken to remove dust in areas where Vudner would climb in and out of the vehicle. ![]() ![]() |
